Each building has 6 apartments: two per floor (A and B) on the ground floor, floor 1 and floor 2. Primavera houses sit on individual 316 m² lots.

1 · Choose

Select the building, floor and unit, or the house you want.

2 · Hold

Send your details. The unit is on hold for 48 hours so you can make the reservation payment.

3 · Confirm

Pay by bank transfer or Yappy and upload the receipt. We verify it and confirm your reservation.

4 · Sign

Within 15 days we sign the purchase promise agreement and continue with your financing.
